Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping within Australia Only
Some of our products come from Australian suppliers, and others come directly from China. Depending on where your item is despatched from we may use Australia Post, or other couriers and shipping companies as required.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, and unless it is a custom product, orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Items sent from within Australia will be sent via Parcel Post (2-3 business days). Items being sent directly from China may incur delivery times of up to 14 days depending on supplier availability and the carrier used.
Please note that we cannot guarantee these delivery times, as these are dependent on external factors such as carrier delays and weather conditions. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
- Australian Consumer Law
We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in our “Refund Policy” available for download below, and include but are not limited to the following points.
- Cancellation and change of mind
We do not offer refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
- Products damaged during delivery
In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately.
Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
We will arrange to repair or replacement with an equivalent product, or to refund it, provided that you have contacted us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
